#1. Digital Products and Final Sales
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via download or online access (including eBooks and PDF guides), all sales are final. Once an eBook has been purchased and downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
#2. Exceptions
We generally do not offer refunds or cancellations. However, refunds may be considered on a strictly discretionary basis only under the following exceptional circumstances:
a. Duplicate Purchases – You accidentally purchased the exact same eBook twice within a short window.
b. Technical Defect – The digital file is demonstrably corrupted or completely inaccessible, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement file within a reasonable timeframe.
c. After reading the eBooks and PDF guides, you did not learn anything you did not know (we may test you).
